My name is Tania Hurtado, but everyone calls me Tan. I’ve always been passionate about spirituality and self-growth. My life has set many harsh challenges along the way, from which I've learned deeply.
I used to find sanctuary in learning and in spirituality most of my life; it gave me solace and understanding. Still, I needed to do the inner work so that I could turn those challenges into growth experiences and opportunities to learn from myself. My goal was to find peace with whatever came my way.
I realized that self-awareness enabled me to do that. Since then, a sort of curiosity has grown ever more hungry for knowledge—to find softer, easier, more compassionate ways to navigate through every experience that I find challenging. These has been a parallel in my life. I had my working self and my spiritual self, both working in parallels that never intertwine until 2020.
The pandemic hit, and it came with some sort of calling. I had accumulated, through more than half my life, certifications and courses in subjects that I was curious and passionate about. Like crystal healing, earth medicine, shamanic practices, tarot, numerology, and astrology, plus 20+ years of reading as much as I could about the metaphysical, energy, sacred geometry, self-help, self-growth, spirituality, etc. I still do, learning is also a calling that I am so grateful for.
I took a big risk and quit the corporate job world. I started offering my services, and I knew I wanted to do this for the rest of my life. The first two years I found that my clients needed deeper work—the kind of work that you need to show up for yourself and face yourself in a loving way. That was when I decided I needed a coaching certification, which I got in mid-2022. Now I can help my clients with mindset shifting, habits, practices, hacks, and accountability with the proper training.
Being of service to people has had a profound impact on my life. Being able to help my clients find ease, understanding, answers, and ultimately peace is an immense privilege, that I cherish and appreciate! Not only do I enjoy my work, it's deeply meaningful and fulfilling in so many ways.
A little about me personally: I love my family, my friends, my dogs, music, reading, learning, movies, tv series, walking in nature and traveling, those are among my favourite things to do. I can be crafty and paint when my spirit needs to be expressed differently.
This project "In the Speed of Light" means so much to me, it excites me a like a teenager in a Taylor Swift concert, and I want to breathe as much life force into it as I know it's possible, but I also want to invest in it as much love as I can. I hope you experience it in what you find here.
Thank for taking the time to read, sending your way a warm hug.
